Canada
We ship to Canada using United States Postal Service First Class Mail.  We have a flat fee of $3.99 for shipping and handling.  Your package should arrive within 5 to 10 days of shipping.  You are responsible for paying your customs duty and VAT (when applicable).  Usually for crystals and rocks customs duty and VAT will not be much.  If you are ordering jewelry you may pay up to 50% customs duty and VAT (especially on larger dollar items).   Please feel free to e-mail us for our best estimate on customs duty and VAT before you order.

International Orders
We do ship to some limited locations internationally. Please email us with the item(s) you are interested in and your full mailing address. We will let you know if we can ship there and what the additional shipping fees will be.

Return Policy
If, for any reason , your purchase is not satisfactory, just return the item and we will gladly refund your money (excluding delivery charges).

When returning items:
  1.  All returned items must be returned in the original or similar packaging within 30 days of purchase.
  2.  Please inform us that you will be returning the item at support@bluemooncrystals.com or

  3.  We will refund your credit card as soon as we receive the item(s) back.
